Come join our team at the Marriott Resort in scenic Point Clear, Alabama! We're looking for hardworking individuals to fill roles as Hosts, Servers, and Supervisors. As part of our team, you'll get to experience the luxurious perks of our 4 Diamond resort surrounded by the beauty of Fairhope Avenue, the Mobile Bay, and the Fairhope Pier. Not only will you be surrounded by picturesque attractions, but you'll also have access to the Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa right next door. This world-renowned resort is famous for its exceptional amenities and stunning golf courses.

Hosts, Servers, and Supervisors

Salary

Restaurant servers $15 - $20 per hour

Banquet servers, $14 per hour.

Banquet captains, $16 per hour.

Restaurant supervisors, $15.00

Benefits

- Uniforms will be provided except for shoes.

- Meals: Employee cafeteria/break room is available where meals can be purchased for $4.00

- Hotel can arrange for transportation from either Mobile Regional Airport (MOB) or Pensacola Regional Airport (PNS).

- Grand Hotel offers employee housing at a subsidized rate of $102.50 per week which can be auto deducted from the associate’s paycheck. The rent includes all utilities
