Description

The amazing city of New Orleans has so much to offer, so don't miss the chance of training as a Chef de Partie in this great city! Rotate throughout the kitchen and train in all areas--Hotline, Entremetier, and Garde manger! On your days off visit the many historical Museums, such as the Voodoo Museum or the National WWII Museum. Take a trip to the Audubon Butterfly Garden and Insectarium, the French Quarter, or simply take a tour around town!

Benefits

- Chef coat provided, bring chef pants, non-slip shoes, own knives.

- The employee break room is available as well.

- You will begin to accrue PTO as soon as you start but will not be able to use it until after 90 days.

- The hotel does not provide pick up from the airport. Suggested to use public transit or Uber/Lyft.

- The hotel will provide complimentary housing in the hotel upon arrival based upon occupancy and provide an apartment with roommates for the cost of $300 per paycheck.
