Benefits

- Uniform is offered but you will need to bring your own non slip shoes, belt, and knives.

- Your uniform is subject to a $100 deposit which will be taken by payroll deduction in increments of $10 over the course of 10 weeks. When you leave employment with The Otesaga and return your uniform, your deposit will be refunded. On hire, you will sign a uniform issuance form stating what you received and in which sizes so that you are aware of what must be returned.

- A complimentary meal is provided per shift.

- Staff housing is provided at $500 month / $125 per week, all utilities included. This is a payroll deduction. There is a $250 refundable deposit if the house is left in good order. Bedrooms and bathrooms are shared. Most of our housing is located within walking distance of the Otesaga. If you are placed in housing that is not located within walking distance, it is on a public bus route that has a stop at the housing and a block away from the resort. You will also receive one free meal per shift, as well as a 25% discount off in-house services including retail, golf, restaurants, and spa.

- Closest airport: The property provides transportation pick-up from Albany Airport.

Requirements

Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs: •⁠ ⁠You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA) •⁠ ⁠You have shown consistent career growth over the last years •⁠ ⁠You have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers
