Description

This 4* Resort is seeking a great Culinary Candidate to join their team! Train as a Demi Chef in Garde Manger, Meat/Grill (Hotline), and Banquets before becoming a Restaurant Chef de Partie! This amazing property is located just half an hour from Charleston, SC! Take in the history of the South while enjoying the magnificent oak trees or take a stroll on the beach! On your days off, go on ghost tours, visit the beach, go fishing, or even visit the Charleston Aqua Park! If you enjoy the outdoors, this location is perfect for you!

Salary

$19.00 per hour


Benefits

- Uniform will be offered.

- Free lunch and dinner served daily.

- Candidates will accrue 10 days over the course of their year with The Dunlin. They can begin using that accrued time after their first 90 days.

- The property will provide up to 14 days of complimentary room and tax on the property upon arrival.

- An apartment is provided to the candidates with at least one other roommate. The cost will not be more than $700/month.


Requirements

Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs: •⁠ ⁠You are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA) •⁠ ⁠You have shown consistent career growth over the last years •⁠ ⁠You have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers
